Hello
Neil here
I cannot finalise a text, consequently the text appears with the horizontal line through it.
Like so much of PSP, I have spent hours trying to master it to no avail.
i have PSP x4

Hi Neil - I'm not sure what you mean by 'finalise' but I'll take a shot at it.

After entering the text is there a check mark at the top of the screen? If so then just click the check mark and that will accept the text you entered.

You can still spin the text and make other changes because it is a vector layer. To make the vector layer a raster layer either right click on the Vector layer (the text layer) and choose "Convert to Raster Layer" or go to Layers > Convert to Raster Layer.

That should do what you want but let me know if you need additional assistance with this ...
